Welcome to Lusso Collection! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Lusso Collection's website and custom apparel manufacturing services.
When you submit a quote request on Lusso Collection, you represent that all brand logos, slogans, artwork, and design parameters submitted do not infringe upon any third-party trademark or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to decline print execution for copywritten assets without proper licensing proof.
All custom bulk orders require a 50% upfront deposit to initiate manufacturing. Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days from the date of final digital mockup approval. Any delays in deposit payments or artwork approvals will result in corresponding shifts in delivery timelines.
Due to the customized nature of corporate uniforms, school sportswear, and personalized garments, all sales are final. Replacements will only be processed in cases of structural textile damage or clear print/embroidery misalignment deviating from the approved mockup layout.
Lusso Collection will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or customized apparel lines.
