Our minimum order quantity varies by service. For custom screen printing and DTF printing, the minimum is 24 pieces per design. For custom embroidery, the minimum is 12 pieces. For high-end customized uniform lines and premium custom items, please contact our team to discuss project-specific MOQs.
Our standard production time is 10 to 14 business days from the date of artwork approval and deposit payment. Rush production options (5 to 7 business days) are available for an additional charge depending on our current schedule and garment availability.
We provide a comprehensive range of garment decoration services, including premium Screen Printing (plastisol and water-based inks), high-definition Direct-to-Film (DTF) Digital Printing, Heat Transfer Vinyl (ideal for names/numbers), and high-density Computerized Embroidery. We also offer private label branding (woven neck labels, custom hangtags).
Yes, we can provide physical pre-production samples for large bulk orders (over 100 pieces) for a nominal sampling fee, which is fully credited back to your account upon placing the bulk order. Alternatively, we provide digital mock-ups and high-resolution photo approvals of the initial setup free of charge.
We prefer vector file formats such as Adobe Illustrator (.AI), CorelDRAW (.CDR), Vector PDF, or Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS). For high-definition digital prints (DTF), we accept high-resolution raster files (PNG or PSD) with a transparent background at a minimum of 300 DPI.
We accept secure bank wire transfers, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), corporate checks, and online payments. A standard 50% deposit is required to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance due upon completion prior to shipping.
