Because our custom apparel items are specially manufactured according to your unique specifications, logos, and sizing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
For non-custom items purchased from our Faith Collection or general retail lines, we offer a 14-day exchange policy. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item immediately.
